The top part of the dress is a polyester satin feel fabric with an overlay of mesh, with the most beautiful details of flowers, and butterflies, splashed with stunning appliques, embroidery detail, with sequins, pearls and gems. 
This continues around the back of the dress , and on the skirt part of the dress.
The bottom part of the dress has layers of tulle to make it puffy.  
The dress with the train has flowers scattered at the bottom. 
To make it extra puffy, you may need a fluffy petticoat underneath.
